All products offered by BusiBug are manufactured on demand, specifically for each order. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
We encourage Buyers to carefully review order specifications, quantities, and details before confirming purchase.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item/incorrect specifications shipped), please contact us at contact@busibug.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will assess the issue for a replacement or resolution.
